If you are looking for something just that little bit special, then this is the place for you. A real stunning treasure, a truly traditional Welsh impressive stone-built farmhouse, parts of which date back to the 17th century, set on a working organic farm.
With its own beautiful gardens and babbling brook and even its own stone summer house set in the wonderful gardens where you or the children can sit and read or just use it as a perfect hideaway to watch the birds. Aberhiriaeth has a wealth of character with oak beams, period fireplaces, slate floors, cobblestones and a wood-burner in the large inglenook. It is tastefully furnished in keeping with the traditional farmhouse.
Peaceful and secluded, just the place for total relaxation – yet, also conveniently near to the sea at Aberdyfi and glorious mountains of Snowdonia and the many local activities.

The main door of the farmhouse leads in to the large hall. From the hall you can enter two lounges, the kitchen, the pantry and access upstairs. At the end of the hall there is the front door which leads into a small conservatory.
The farmhouse has 3 large and comfortable lounges, one with a wood-burner in the inglenook with its original bread-oven. The other has an open fire. Both have Free-view TV and DVD Players with remote control. There is also a third lounge which serves as a reading lounge where you can read or relax in total peace.
The Welsh traditional oak farmhouse kitchen with its dining area is located in the old part of the house and is accessed from the main hall down a step. It is well equipped with the usual array of crockery and kitchen utensils. There is an electric cooker and microwave as well as the lovely oil-fired Aga. The kitchen leads into the carpeted lounge with its inglenook and woodburner. There is a TV with Freeview and DVD player. The pantry with its slate floor is located on the main level of the house and has a fridge and freezer. The utility with its washing machine and tumble drier is located up some steps from kitchen. A downstairs cloakroom is accessed from the utility.
There are 4 very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed , there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed, all tastefully furnished. The beds are made up with fresh linen ready for your arrival.
The upstairs family bathroom has a shower over the bath and is accessed down 3 steps.
